Consent for Construction of a Building

Description

During the building permit procedure, the investor may at any time submit a notarized written statement from any party confirming their consent to the proposed construction, as presented in the project documentation attached to the building permit application.
Such a written statement may be certified either by a notary or by any administrative authority.

If, during the building permit procedure, the investor submits notarized written statements from all parties confirming their consent to the proposed construction, as defined in the project documentation, an oral hearing is not required. As a result, the building permit procedure can be completed more quickly.
