Description

This agreement applies to the sale of all types of real estate (apartments, land plots, garage units, etc.).
Under this agreement, the seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the property to the buyer for an agreed price, while the buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed timeframe and in the agreed manner. The agreement may also include specific provisions tailored to the individual transaction.

The agreement we prepare includes a Land Registry authorization clause, on the basis of which the buyer is registered as the owner of the property in the Land Register.

In cases where the transaction is conducted between spouses (or cohabiting partners), the agreement must be executed in the form of a notarial deed.
